MIT 6.5630 Advanced Topics in Cryptography (Fall 2023)¶
Last modified: 2026-10-23
Summary¶
MIT OpenCourseWare course by Yael Tauman Kalai on the evolution of proofs in computer science: interactive proofs, multi-prover interactive proofs and probabilistically checkable proofs, and how cryptography turns them into computationally sound succinct non-interactive arguments (SNARGs). Lecture notes and videos are freely available. Useful theoretical background on delegation and Fiat-Shamir-style compilation underlying deployed ZKP systems.
