Summary

The ZKProof standardization proposal for TurboPLONK, an extension of PLONK with custom arithmetic gates. TurboPLONK allows encoding non-native field arithmetic and complex operations more efficiently than standard PLONK by adding programmer-defined gate constraints. Submitted to ZKProof Workshop 3 as a candidate standard.
